Yes, it's possible. And here is why ...
Is it really possible to meditate quickly? Many people spend years and years meditating. They may go to special places, far away from ordinary life, in order to deepen their understanding. There’s nothing wrong with that. But it has led us to think that “success” at meditation takes a very long time, or very special conditions.
But at the heart of meditation training is one ultimate spiritual realization: that there is no time like the present. (Or more accurately, there is no time but the present moment, which is timeless). And they learn about the importance in bringing there awareness with them, wherever they are.
This realization is beautifully expressed in the famous dictum: Be Here Now.
But if the ultimate realization is to “be here now,” why don’t we start here and now?
In other words, what you are looking for is available here and now (and actually can only be experienced in the here-and-now). In fact, it only takes a moment.
